  • 1-2 tablespoons Cooking Oil Canola or olive oil recommended.

Preparation

  • Slice the onions, cut the chilies, and thinly slice the beef.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Add sliced onions and stir occasionally until they soften and become translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned, approximately 5–7 minutes.
  • Add sliced chilies and soy sauce, stirring until everything is well combined.
  • Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until flavors meld and beef is cooked through.
  • Serve hot with jasmine rice or crispy noodles.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best results. The dish can be customized with additional vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
