For the honey mustard sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
  • Cut the pastry into rectangles, approximately 4x6 inches.
  • Place a portion of sausage meat along one edge of each rectangle and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the pastry around the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  • Brush the tops with the egg wash for a shiny finish.

Baking
