Preparation

  • Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rest for about 10-15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pinch off small pieces of dough and flatten them into discs.
  • Cook each disc in the hot pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with yogurt or chutney.

Notes
