Preparation

  • Start by boiling a pot of water and cooking the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside, tossing with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once foaming, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Stir in your mixed vegetables and sauté until they are tender and vibrant.
  • Add the drained noodles to the skillet, followed by soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
