  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes High in protein
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice) The star of our show!
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls For the bread bowls
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz) Shortcut to decadence
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted For that golden, crispy finish
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning For flavor explosion
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese For the melty topping
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For sautéing the chicken
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for flavor enhancement

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes.
  • Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
  • Hollow out Kaiser rolls and brush the inside with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning.
  • Toast bread bowls at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Combine drained pasta and Alfredo sauce with the cooked chicken. Stir until well mixed.
  • Fill bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture, top with shredded parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with a garnish of parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For the creamiest Alfredo sauce, add a splash of milk or cream. If desired, adjust the garlic and herb seasoning to your preference.
