  • 2 large eggs High in protein for a fluffy texture.
  • 1/2 cup cheese (grated) Use your favorite: cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda.
  • 1/4 cup milk Recommended for added creaminess.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for flavor enhancement.
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil Butter is preferred for richness.

Preparation

  • Tear the bread into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the torn bread and stir to combine.
  • Add the grated cheese and mix well.

Cooking

  • Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Flip the omelette and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy your bread cheese omelette!

Notes

For best results, do not rush the cooking process and use fresh eggs. Feel free to add veggies or herbs for extra flavor.
