Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups pineapple juice (100% juice)
  • 2 cups guava juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup mango nectar (optional, for extra richness)
  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, well chilled
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup ice cubes or frozen fruit (for chilling, optional)
  • fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, guava juice, orange juice, and mango nectar (if using). Stir well until the juices are fully blended.
  • Taste the base and adjust to preference: add a splash of fresh lime or lemon for brightness, or a little extra orange juice for softer sweetness.
  • Add the orange slices, lemon slices, and strawberries. If using, add ice cubes or frozen fruit to keep the punch cold.
  • Chill the juice base in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, pour in the well-chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda and stir gently once or twice to preserve fizz.
  • Ladle into glasses, garnish with fresh mint if desired, and serve immediately.
