Ingredients
  

For the Roasted Grapes

  • 2 cups red seedless grapes These are the star of the show! They get super juicy and sweet when roasted.
  • 1 tsp olive oil Helps caramelize the grapes.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances the sweetness of the grapes.

For the Whipped Cheese

  • 8 oz soft goat cheese Feel free to opt for your favorite brand.
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese Loosens the goat cheese for whipping.
  • 1 tbsp honey Adds sweetness to the whipped cheese.

For the Garnish

  • 1 handful walnuts For crunching in contrast to the soft grapes.
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary Gives an aromatic twist.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove grapes from their stems and toss in a bowl with olive oil and salt.

Roasting Grapes

  • Spread grapes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 15-20 minutes.

Whipping Cheese

  • In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey. Whip until creamy and smooth.

Toasting Walnuts

  • In a small pan, toast walnuts and chopped rosemary on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.

Serving

  • Serve warm roasted grapes alongside the whipped goat cheese and top with rosemary-honey walnuts.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan when roasting the grapes for best results. Experiment with flavors by adding different nuts or cheeses.
