  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips Use mini semi-sweet chips if preferred.

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 cup any combination of unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped nuts, chia seeds, or dried fruits Get creative with your favorite add-ins.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter to avoid forgetting any.

Mixing

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 10-15 seconds to warm.
  • Stir in oats and flaxseed until thoroughly combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and any chosen add-ins.

Shaping

  • Using wet hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into balls, aiming for about 30 to 35 balls.

Chilling

  • Place the formed balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Storing

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer shelf life.
