Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 300 g graham crackers or digestive biscuits, crushed These will form the crust of our lasagna, giving you that buttery crunch.
  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted Combined with the cracker crumbs, this acts like glue for our crust.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances the sweetness beautifully.

For the cream filling

  • 250 g cream cheese, softened Make sure it’s at room temperature to avoid lumps.
  • 50 g powdered sugar This is the sweet touch your cream cheese needs.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Elevates the dish with a warm flavor.
  • 250 ml whipped topping or whipped cream Adds fluffiness to your dessert.

Preparation

  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and a pinch of salt until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of your dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping or whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just incorporated.
  • Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by another layer of crushed graham crackers and then the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  • Optionally, add a final layer of whipped topping on top and sprinkle with crushed pecans or chocolate shavings.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.

Serving

  • Cut into squares or scoops and serve, sharing smiles and delight at your dessert.

Notes

For best results, allow the cream cheese to soften completely before mixing. Chill for at least 4 hours for the best texture.
