This refreshing, tangy kiwi sorbet is made with ripe kiwis, a splash of lime, and just enough sugar for a naturally vibrant, healthy frozen treat. It's dairy-free, vegan, and perfect for hot days or a light, fruity finish to any meal.

Instructions
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool and form a simple syrup.
Add peeled, chopped kiwis to a blender or food processor with lime juice and lime zest (if using). Puree until smooth.
Add the cooled simple syrup to the kiwi puree and blend again until fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a sorbet consistency, about 20–25 minutes.
Transfer sorbet to an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, until firm.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the blended mixture into a shallow pan, freeze, and stir with a fork every 30–60 minutes until slushy and set.
Let sorbet sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping. Serve in bowls or cones, garnished with mint, lime zest, or kiwi slices if desired.
