  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar (optional, for brightness)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice (if using).
