Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until mixed.
  • Mix in the chicken broth, beaten eggs, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
