In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the mixture and let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Stir in the salt and olive oil, then gradually add flour until a sticky dough forms. Mix until fully combined.

Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on parchment paper.
Place the parchment paper and dough into a 4-6 quart Crock Pot. Cover with the lid.
