  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (optional) Consider raisins, cranberries, or apricots for added sweetness.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, dark chocolate chips, nuts, and dried fruits if using. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Baking

  • Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each crisp.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking for the chocolate melting into the quinoa.

Cooling

  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let the crisps cool down until they harden.

Notes
