  • 2 cups Almond Flour Finely ground for best results.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust based on personal taste.
  • 1 large Egg Can substitute with a flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp water).
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Adds moisture and richness.

Optional Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg (or flax egg) with the olive oil.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the almond flour mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Add in desired spices and mix again.
  • Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Cut into desired shapes and transfer to a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow the crackers to cool on a rack before enjoying.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to keep the crackers flaky. Store in an airtight container; they stay fresh for about a week. If they lose crunchiness, reheat in the oven for 5 minutes.
