Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts The star of our show! Lean protein.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Adds richness and silky texture.
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Melts beautifully and adds nuttiness.
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes Use oil-packed for extra flavor.
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Adds color and a hint of earthiness.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Essential for flavor building.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For searing the chicken.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Crucial for seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup White wine (optional) Brightens up the dish with acidity.

Instructions
 

Searing the Chicken

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Sear chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

Creating the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese until completely melted and smooth.
  • Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach, allowing the spinach to wilt.

Combining and Serving

  • Return the seared chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
  • Let simmer for a few minutes until everything is warm and well combined.
  • Plate and enjoy your Creamy Tuscan Chicken!

Notes

For a keto meal, substitute with zucchini noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
