Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (use halal or vegan mayo as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed (or 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • splash of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Add dried dill weed, minced onion, garlic powder, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using). Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  • Stir before serving. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, chips, crackers, or use as a sandwich spread.
