  • 2 pieces pre-made naan or flatbreads Feel free to experiment with different types of flatbreads.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil A drizzle of good quality oil helps crisp the bread.
  • 5 oz brie, sliced thin Choose a ripe brie for the best melting.
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries Provides sweet and tangy flavor.
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds Adds crunch and texture.
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves Adds aroma and enhances flavor.
  • to taste honey or maple drizzle (optional) Adds a touch of sweetness if desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush the naan or flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
  • Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbreads.
  • Sprinkle dried cranberries and sliced almonds on top of the brie.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  • Optional: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup before serving.
  • Slice using a pizza cutter or knife and enjoy warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm. Pairs well with salad, white wine, or sparkling water. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
