Optional Additions

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Base for the dressing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop the lettuce, slice the avocado, boil and slice the eggs, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden.
  • If adding potatoes, boil them until tender and cut them into cubes.

Assembly

  • Arrange the ingredients on a large platter, laying the romaine lettuce at the bottom.
  • Layer rows of chicken, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, and potatoes.

Dressing

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.

Notes
