A fun, handheld twist on classic s’mores—crisp waffle or sugar cones stuffed with mini marshmallows, chocolate, and your favorite add-ins, then wrapped in foil and warmed over a campfire, grill, or oven until gooey.
1 1/2cupschocolate chips or chopped chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
1/2cuppeanut butter chips (optional)
1cupdiced strawberries or banana slices (optional)
1/2cupcrushed graham crackers (optional)
1/2cupchopped nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans (optional)
1/4cupshredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
Set up a topping station with cones, marshmallows, chocolate, and desired add-ins. Tear 6 sheets of aluminum foil large enough to fully wrap each cone.
Layer fillings inside each cone: start with a few mini marshmallows to plug the tip, add chocolate, then fruit or other add-ins, repeating layers until just below the rim.
Wrap each filled cone tightly in aluminum foil, sealing the top so the fillings are enclosed.
Campfire or Grill: Place wrapped cones near hot embers or over medium heat (not in direct flames) for 5–7 minutes, rotating once or twice until warmed through. Oven: Bake at 375°F for 5–7 minutes on a baking sheet.
Using tongs, transfer cones to a plate and let rest 1–2 minutes. Carefully unwrap, allowing steam to escape, and enjoy warm and gooey.
