  • 2 medium Potatoes, boiled For the potato salad.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Binds the potato salad.

  • 2 medium Bell Peppers, sliced Adds color and crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the macaroni back in, along with cheese and milk. Stir until creamy.
  • Chop boiled potatoes into bite-sized pieces and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper for the potato salad. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté sliced bell peppers until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In the same pan, add beef strips and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serving

  • Plate the beef strips, creamy macaroni, and potato salad. Top with sautéed bell peppers and serve.
