Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour your cake pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas with melted butter.
  • Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract into the banana mixture.
  • Add baking soda and a pinch of salt into the mixture.
