Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets tilapia fillets, fresh or thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • For serving lemon wedges
  • Optional fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Brush both sides of the fillets lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of each fillet, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Place the fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed.
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley or dill if desired.
